After Tom Brady led the New England Patriots to a historic comeback victory against the Atlanta Falcons in last month's Super Bowl, someone stole the five-time Super Bowl winner's jersey out of his locker.

"Despite your expressed disdain for the New England Patriots, I think that Tom Brady would probably like to express his gratitude for the FBI's assistance in recovering his stolen super bowl jersey", Crawford said.

An informant in Houston led the investigators to Mexico, Houston Police Chief Art Acevedo told reporters, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation and Mexican authorities also took part in the probe.

Until today, it was lost but as since confirmed by the Houston Police Department, it has been found alongside another one of Brady's jerseys that went missing; the one he wore in Super Bowl XLIX.

McMaster also told his counterpart that "their concerns were understood and heard, and it would be relayed to the White House". He was asked about Mr Spicer's comments on GCHQ at a press conference yesterday after a meeting with Angela Merkel.

Along with the Super LI jersey, investigators also found Brady's missing jersey from Super Bowl XLIX.

Brandon Collins was also perplexed: "Y'all can find Tom Brady's super bowl jersey on foreign soil but can't figure out who killed Biggie or Tupac, smh".

The Boston Globe story noted that Patriots owner Robert Kraft told the Fox Business Network that the jersey was akin to a piece of art.

Houston police had previously reported that the theft would be considered a felony since the jersey was estimated to be worth $500,000. "The FBI and the National Football League security, along with Patriots security and the Houston PD, they actually went through all this video to try and track somebody down, and they zeroed in on somebody, a person of interest", Galzer said Monday. The Super Bowl was played in Houston in February. HPD quickly convened a press conference to let the public know the Major Offenders Division was on it - and soon the hunt for the missing jersey became an global search. Through their efforts, another one of Brady's stolen jerseys from an additional Super Bowl victory was located.
