So far, India has made 13 requests to Pakistan to gain access to Jadhav, who was arrested in March previous year from Iran by Pakistani authorities. "I have forcefully asked for consular access on the basis of global law and on humanitarian grounds as he is an Indian national".

India says Jadhav, who was tried by a military court and sentenced to death on Monday, was an innocent Indian kidnapped from Iran. He also said that no spy from any country goes with his own passport anywhere in the world. "Visas in any case are given on a case-to-case basis and the decision to be selective in issuing visas was actually taken after the Uri attack", said a senior Indian official. He has been accused of "involvement in espionage and sabotage activities against Pakistan". India has also conveyed the message to Pakistan, according to The Economic Times.

After diplomats from both sides were withdrawn past year, at least 10 diplomatic visas - for diplomats and diplomatic staff - were pending, the Express said.

Earlier, Pakistan's top foreign policy chief Sartaj Aziz said that consular access cannot be provided in "espionage cases". "Under these circumstances, we have no choice but to regard the sentence, if carried out, as an act of pre-meditated murder", External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj warned in Parliament.

On Friday, Pakistan had denied consular access to Jadhav for the 14th time. The denial of Consular access is something which is a right of an individual.

"Officials said the government is toying with the idea of placing a blanket ban, too", the report stated.

The attested report of Court Martial General will also be included in the dossier. "We demanded a meeting (with Jadhav), but they denied", Bambawale told reporters after meeting Janjua.

Bale will therefore be sidelined in Gijon with a view towards being included for Tuesday's second leg against Bayern. But Bayern were outplayed in the second-half and most of Madrid's 23 shots on goal came after the break.

"These facts are illogical and create doubts over allegation of his being a spy..."

The Indian naval officer had confessed to committing and planning subversive activities inside Pakistan.

Singh, former Army chief, said the nation was quite clear on its stand that the allegations against Jadhav were baseless. I can not decide what the two dignitaries will discuss.

Aziz in a detailed statement read out to the media at the foreign office said that India through its reaction was aggravating the situation.
