Harry Kane believes he can chase down Romelu Lukaku and become the top goalscorer in the Premier League for the second season in a row.

It has been reported in the Belgian media that Moshiri rejected an offer on the region of £70m plus bonuses for Lukaku from Chelsea last summer.

This is certainly one to keep an eye on as we approach the summer window.

Chelsea ultimately failed in their attempts to sign Stones, with Everton unhappy at what they perceived as the Blues trying to unsettle their young defender.

It will cost any club interested in Romelu Lukaku a world-record £100million to land the Everton striker, according to reports.

Sheriff's deputy shot, killed while serving eviction notice in Oklahoma
Officials told our affiliates KFOR that deputy was shot multiple times near I-35 and Mulhall Road in Logan County, Oklahoma. Authorities said Nathan Aaron LeForce, 45, shot Wade just before 8:45 a.m.in Mulhall when he was serving eviction papers.

And while the Belgian will have the chance to stretch his lead when Everton face West Ham this weekend, Kane will be in FA Cup semi-final action against Chelsea.

Manchester United and Chelsea are among the frontrunners for Lukaku who has scored 24 goals this season but they will both think twice at paying such a fee. During Lukaku's first spell at Stamford Bridge, Jose Mourinho was the manager and never gave Lukaku an opportunity to fully prove himself.

Tottenham Hotspur and Everton have arguably the two best strikers in the Premier League amongst their ranks.

According to the Sun, the Blues hold the advantage in the transfer race with the Belgium worldwide having told pals that he prefers a return to Stamford Bridge rather than working with Jose Mourinho at Old Trafford. The Merseyside club see Lukaku as the ideal player to build their team around by recruiting heavily in the summer.
