The University of Arkansas continued its offensive onslaught in the SEC baseball tournament, run-ruling Floriday, 16-0, in the semifinals Saturday.

LSU has announced freshman Eric Walker will start today's SEC Tournament championship game against the Razorbacks, while Arkansas' starter is up in the air. They were denied their first ACC championship game berth.

The 10-run mercy rule shortened the game to seven innings. Newman allowed a run and walked tow batters but was still able to come out of it by inducing the final outs. Arkansas would go on to load the the bases in the fourth inning, bringing Spanberger to the plate.

Arkansas broke on top in the bottom of the third inning, and the Hogs did it in the way they've plated many of their runs in Hoover this week, via the long ball. The hot-hitting Razorbacks are led by the hottest Hog of all, Chad Spanberger.

LSU owns a 12-3 postseason record against the Razorbacks, including a 5-3 mark in Hoover and a 9-3 record in SEC Tournament games.

Arkansas slugger Chad Spanberger came into the day with five homers over four tournament games to raise his season total to 19.
