Man who shot congressman was living in van, called a loner

The Democrat nominee labeled almost 63 million Americans who voted for Donald Trump as "deplorable" and, more significantly, "irredeemable".

It was James Hodgkinson, the same unidentified fellow with whom Euille had shared pleasantries for weeks while sipping coffee in the YMCA's lobby.

SHAPIRO: I understand the wife of the shooter spoke to reporters for the first time since the attack.

Sue added that she is exhausted of the media frenzy surrounding the shooting, specifically media members who have been camped outside her home. The daughter refused and locked herself in a bedroom before Hodgkinson again forced his way in and "became violent", grabbing her by her hair and throwing her on the floor, according to the report.

Hodgkinson's political views are relevant to the case, in that his contact with several congressmen before the shooting indicates it contributed to motive, but there were some who despicably leaped on them to tar "the left" for this person's actions. I can't wrap my head around it. Some things that get reported by the media will later turn out to be wrong.

"This country is in need of a major change in more ways than one, but let's start with the federal income tax rates", said a 2008 letter. And she said she had no idea what exactly he was doing while he was gone.

Trump cheerleaders turn on special counsel Mueller
Doubt, however, has been cast on that explanation because of cryptic testimony from former FBI Director James Comey last week. A poll last month by Harvard-Harris suggested 75 per cent of Americans wanted a special prosecutor.

Hodgkinson, 66, died from his wounds Wednesday, and left behind a trail of bitterness directed at the rich, the Republicans and the president.

SHAPIRO: What can you tell us about the current status of the FBI investigation?

Although Hodgkinson had been going to the YMCA in Alexandria every day at 7am, no one had seen him work out, but had not found him suspicious either. And that vehicle was parked across from the scene of the shooting.

The FBI has said Hodgkinson left IL for the D.C. area, apparently to protest Trump's policies. "He was a Democrat, and I was a Republican, so we didn't have too much to talk about". We know that he had a criminal record. One neighbor told us that he and his family really kept to themselves. Clyburn charged that Trump "is allowed to hide behind political correctness to say all kinds of things about people, and I'm a little bit sick and exhausted of people saying anything they want to say about anyone they want to say it about". And she was shocked by the news, says it was totally unexpected. He ran a passionate, anti-establishment campaign that won support from many younger, liberal voters and gave Clinton a closer race than many expected, but he eventually backed her candidacy. Here's what she said. "He made some off-hand comments about politics and I mentioned being a conservative, and he thought I was an idiot for that reason". However, I think it's wrong to dress up as a clown, murder teenage boys, and bury them in the crawl space of my home. And people are pretty good around here. This is a fair question, because sometimes in life when there are two separate facts, they are actually related in what scientists call a "causal relationship".

Following the Giffords shooting, lawmakers have held fewer open town halls and have been advised to increase security at such events. Will you tell us about this place? There was no record of divorce filings in St. Clair County, however. President Donald Trump confirmed in a statement mid-morning that he died shortly after he was taken into custody.

However, there were also some who took the Sanders news as an opportunity to do some score-settling from the bitterly fought Democratic primary.
