O'Neill ordered the sequestered jury, which was selected in Pittsburgh, to return to court at 9 a.m. Wednesday to resume deliberations. The jury will reconvene for deliberations Wednesday morning. Cosby has denied any wrongdoing. He's drawn throngs of cameras with his updates on Cosby's mood and assertions that the 79-year-old comedian isn't getting a fair shake.

The jurors, who appeared tired, were dismissed by Judge Steven O'Neill around 9 p.m. and returned to their hotel. He says the encounter was consensual.

Constand was a former employee of Temple University, as a basketball team staffer.

Jurors wanted the testimony of Detective Dave Mason read back to them Tuesday.

Seven women are suing Cosby for defamation in separate lawsuits pending in MA, where Cosby has a home in Shelburne Falls. He further said that, in her first interview, she claimed to have never been alone with his client before the alleged attack, but later contradicted that statement saying that she spent time alone at his home before the alleged assault at a CT casino resort. I think I asked Andrea if what she was saying really happened.

On Tuesday, after the court day wrapped up, the statement from Marguerite Jackson was read, but it was not allowed to be submitted in court, according to CBS News.

Ms Constand testified the pills left her disoriented and unable to resist him.

"I'll be disappointed", she continued.

Jurors have asked five questions so far during their deliberations. He says it was consensual. The third count covers Cosby's alleged use of pills to impair Constand before groping her breast and genitals. Cosby has given a sealed deposition in the case. Cosby testified under oath more than a decade ago as part of Constand's civil suit against him. Brian McMonagle, one of Cosby's lawyers, highlighted Constand's inconsistencies. In cases when a person is charged with more than one crime, as in the case of Cosby, the jury must reach a unanimous guilty on some charges and not guilty on others.

During the trial, District Attorney Kevin R. Steele alleged Cosby was a trusted friend and mentor who took advantage of a woman in a "vulnerable state", plied Constand with "three blue pills" and sexually assaulted her at his Cheltenham mansion in mid-January 2004.

Saints Lineman Nick Fairley Out For The Year With Heart Condition
With Fairley out, the Saints will lean on Sheldon Rankins , David Onyemata and Tyeler Davison as their top interior defenders. Fairley was initially diagnosed with a heart condition at the combine but he went on to play seven years in the NFL .

The first prosecutor to review the case in 2005 passed on it.

The jury began deliberating Cosby's fate late on Monday afternoon following a six-day trial in Norristown, Pennsylvania.

The trial started on June 5.

Incidentally, Constand's version of what Cosby supposedly did to her while on prescription Quaaludes in 2004, as documents from a 2005 deposition between Andrea and the actor revealed, as CNN shared, mirrored that of almost 60 other women's experiences with the entertainer between 1965 and 2008, according to Rolling Stone.

Prosecutors have tried to portray Cosby as a serial predator, calling a second woman, Kelly Johnson, to testify that he sexually assaulted her in 1996 and showing jurors his deposition testimony in which he admitted giving young women sedatives in the 1970s. Cosby did not take the stand.

Constand, under the influence of the drugs and who briefly lost consciousness, could not and did not give consent, he said.

Last week, Pulliam gave a similar statement to ET, again making it clear that she doesn't "condone or support sexual assault".

A four-hour deliberation followed after Monday's hearings, but observers have not been able to glean much from the faces of the jurors as to determine what their leanings could be.

The case has sparked debate over celebrity, race, power and gender.
