The Sharonville Police Department says Washington reached for and showed a gun to police while officers were clearing out a local water park.

The cops approached Washington's auto and arrested him for improperly carrying a concealed firearm since he didn't inform the police beforehand that he had a weapon in his vehicle. "Since it is a pending legal matter, we will have no further comment". He played college football at Ohio State, where he "was suspended from his final collegiate game" due to charges of soliciting a prostitute.
