But the two party bosses are also expected to speak their mind on the ongoing rift in the Bihar's ruling coalition over demands that Lalu Yadav's son Tejashwi quit as Deputy Chief Minister.

RJD Chief Lalu Prasad's son Tejaswi said false charges have been framed by CBI and he will give a befitting reply.

On Lalu ruling out Tejashwi's resignation, Rajak, who was earlier in the RJD, said, "He (Lalu) is an elderly and experienced leader".

Both Nitish and Tejashwani were scheduled to be present to celebrate the first anniversary of "Vishwa Yuva Kaushal Divas" run under Bihar Skill Development Mission (BSDM) in the state.

Janata Dal United JD (U) made it clear that they won't break "mahagathbandhan" in Bihar saying how can we kill our own baby, claims report in leading daily.

If Congress' mediation succeeds, we may expect this outcome.

Liu Xiaobo: Concern for China dissident's widow Liu Xia
Officials say China's most prominent political prisoner, Nobel Peace Prize laureate Liu Xiaobo , has died. Liu spent much of the last three decades in forced confinement - at home, at labour camps or in prison.

Also the four-day deadline set by the JD (U) for RJD to clear the air over corruption charges against Tejashwi, son of RJD supremo Lalu Prasad, is ending today.

JD (U) spokesperson KC Tyagi on Friday said that "Kumar will never compromise on the issue of corruption".

RJD leaders said in case Tejashwi is forced to resign by Nitish the party's ministers will only resign en masse, but it will not withdraw from the Mahagatbandhan government.

JD (U) is adamant on Tejashwi's ouster from state cabinet.

It is speculated that either Tejashwi had been sent a message that Nitish did not like to share dais with him amid the differences or he on his own chose to keep off from the function at which he was invited as special guest.

In the past, when Lalu himself was alleged of corruption charges in connection with the fodder scam while he was the Chief Minister in the 1990s, calls came for his resignation however he did not step down until a court ordered his arrest.

Unlike Prasad, Kumar has kept his options open by taking unpredictable decisions like his praise for the Centre's demonetisation exercise, and backing NDA's presidential nominee Ram Nath Kovind. The two leaders had taken different positions on the Modi government's demonetisation move as well.
