Barbara Sinatra, the wife of Frank Sinatra, has died aged 90.

Barbara Sinatra passed away at her Rancho Mirage home in California on Tuesday (25Jul17).

Sinatra talked to the New York Times in 2011 about her superstar husband remaining on friendly terms with his ex-wives, which she said didn't bother her.

Frank Sinatra's fourth and final wife, Barbara Sinatra, has died. nearly 20 years after her famous husband passed. When she turned 18, she and her family moved to Long Beach. She met the singer through her previous husband, Zeppo Marx of the famous Marx Brothers comedy team.

She is survived by her only child with first husband Robert and one granddaughter. Sinatra divorced Oliver and later Wednesday Zeppo Marx in 1959.

John Thoresen, director of the Barbara Sinatra Children's Center, reported to CNN that Sinatra died of natural causes. She married Sinatra three years later in 1976.

The Missouri native was actively involved with the center until as recently as 2016, and continued to host galas, luncheons and the annual Frank Sinatra Celebrity Invitational Golf Tournament. Barbara Sinatra was known for her activism for children, raising money for a facility that would provide services and counseling for kids suffering from abuse. "There are several child advocacy centers like it around the country, [but] this one is probably most recognised".
