"The United States will continue to raise this issue of Iranian non-compliance with worldwide obligations at every opportunity".

"We call on Iran to immediately cease all activities related to ballistic missiles created to be capable of delivering nuclear weapons, including launches using such ballistic missile technology", the four powers wrote in their letter.

Iranian officials have repeatedly said Iran maintains its right to respond to the United States if the latter does not comply with the nuclear deal.

Iran and the six world powers (the US, Russia, China, France, Britain and Germany) signed the nuclear agreement in Vienna in July 2015, based on which Iran agreed to curb its nuclear programme in return for lifting the related sanctions. The US, however, has prevented the deal from fully yielding.

He also said that the U.S. was working with its allies in the region to curb what he described as Iran's expansionist efforts to destabilize areas such as Yemen, Iraq, Syria and Afghanistan. The law of penalties has been enacted the day before by Donald Trump.

"A host of retaliatory measures in the legislative, technical, nuclear, economic, political, defense, and military areas, have been devised by the body monitoring the JCPOA, which will be pursued in a coordinated way and in parallel with each other", Iran's Supreme National Security Council Secretary Ali Shamkhani said Wednesday.

Trump "100 percent" committed to take on tax reform in 2017-Cohn
Bush's White House, said it appears that little progress has been made since the administration unveiled its tax goals in April. The House Ways and Means Committee is expected to mark up a bill first, hopefully the first week back in September, Short said.

"We are definitely not going to act in a way that get us entangled in the politics of the American government and Trump".

"It is an unfortunate coincidence", said Ellie Geranmayeh, an analyst at the European Council on Foreign Relations, referring to the promulgation of the law of sanctions and the assumption of office of Mr. Rohani.

The inspections are one element of what is created to be a more aggressive approach to preventing Iran from obtaining a nuclear weapon.

Imposing fresh sanctions on Iran is an attempt to reduce Tehran's benefits from the nuclear deal and to negatively affect its "successful implementation", he said, according to Press TV.

Rowhani is to be sworn in on Saturday in front of parliament.

This week, Rouhani's reformist allies also joined the chorus of criticism, lashing out at news that he would again appoint an all-male cabinet.
