Marshawn Lynch takes a seat during National Anthem

That action has caused an incredible stir in the National Football League over the past year, as Colin Kaepernick still searches for a job. Wait until you get a load of "Beast Mode", Marshawn Lynch!

There isn't a specific reason why Lynch protested, but if it were parallel reasons, Charlottesville, Va. has been dealing with racial protests by white supremacist groups this past week resulting in riots and even people getting run over by a auto who protested against the groups.

Lynch was photographed sitting on top of an orange cooler. Lynch did not speak to the media Saturday night, but the move appears to be a reaction to Saturday's violent white supremacist protests in Charlottesville, Virginia.

Video shows baby put in refrigerator; teens charged
The video led police to the teenage babysitters, and in it they can allegedly be heard laughing while the baby cries. Two juvenile babysitters are facing charges after police said they put a baby they were watching in a refrigerator.

Raiders head coach Jack Del Rio didn't know he was going to do that.

But that isn't something that should come as a surprise to fans given that Lynch hasn't stood for the anthem in 11 years, according to NBC Sports Bay Area's Fallon Smith. Kaepernick, who has not signed with any teams since his contract ended last season with the 49ers, has said he would stand during the National Anthem in 2017, but as of now, is not on any team's roster. "I very strongly believe in standing for the national anthem, but I'm going to respect you as a man, you do your thing, okay, and we'll do ours'". "I think he cares about some real, legitimate issues that have to be talked about. That's always been kind of an assumed thing". Lynch voiced support for Kaepernick while speaking to talk-show host Conan O'Brien past year, and Saturday's sit-down came right after racially-motivated protests and violence recently took place in Charlottesville, Va.

"With what's going on, I'd rather see him take a knee than stand up, put his hands up and get murdered", Lynch told ESPN previous year.
