Rocket League is always doing fun exclusives for battle-cars and goodies, and its launch on Nintendo Switch this holiday season is another opportunity for some cool freebies for players. Delivering on that promise, the developer showed off the upcoming cars for the first time today with a new trailer, seen above. Depending on your team, you'll play as one or the other.

But the crème de la crème here, and possibly across all Rocket League special cars ever, will be the Metroid themed vehicle on offer, which looks like Samus' ship fused with the Batman animated series' take on the iconic Batmobile. Rocket league is soon coming to your console, as revealed on this year's E3 and it's going to be a huge one. That also applies for the Samus Gunship where you get the basic colors for the orange team and a variation of blue Suit for the blue team. The Mario and Luigi vehicles are technically one NSR auto that come in two different colors. Though both vehicles are FREE on Nintendo Switch, players will still need to unlock them in-game by completing certain requirements.

Mario, Luigi, and Samus-themed cars have been officially revealed, along with two boosters based on Mario's stars and Metroid's wave beam effects.
