A statement on their official website reads: "Albion completed two signings in 24 hours after agreeing a deal with Paris Saint Germain to bring Grzegorz Krychowiak to The Hawthorns on a season-long loan - subject to global clearance".

But the deal for Krychowiak is rather less expected, with the Poland global said to be having a medical with West Brom ahead of a season-long loan deal.

The 27-year-old England global had also been in talks with Watford and Turkish side Galatasaray this summer.

"But this is a very ambitious club".

Transgender troops in military can continue to serve for now, Mattis says
Mattis said in a statement Tuesday the panel will be made up of people from the departments of Defense and Homeland Security. Mattis' statement puts President Trump's plan to ban all individuals who are transgender from the military on hold.

After rising to prominence as part of Sevilla's double Europa League-winning team, Krychowiak followed coach Unai Emery to PSG in a £29million trade last summer but subsequently struggled for minutes, managing just seven starts for the Ligue 1 side.

Krychowiak is the second signing of the day for the Baggies, who earlier confirmed the arrival of Kieran Gibbs from Arsenal in a £7m deal. "There's a good atmosphere here".

The Poland worldwide has attracted interest from a number of Premier League clubs in the transfer window, including Leicester City and defending champions Chelsea.

"They've made some good signings and I feel this is a good move for me", said Gibbs, who has been at Arsenal since the age of 14.
