Head Coach of the Super Eagles of Nigeria, Gernot Rohr is excited over the fitness of his lads as they begin preparations for the all-important World Cup Qualifier against the Indomitable Lions of Cameroon, AOIFootball.com reports.

In a chat with Cameroon Tribune, the Belgian-born tactician insists he is not unaware of the daunting task his team is facing, that the Indomitable Lions are prepared to weather the storm in Uyo and bring their World Cup dreams back to life.

The former Lazio midfielder is expected to make his 41st appearance for the Super Eagles against Cameroon on Friday.
