Arizona Cardinals running back David Johnson could be out a while after injuring his wrist in Week 1 against the Detroit Lions.

ESPN reported Tuesday that David Johnson would undergo surgery on his dislocated left wrist and would be sidelined two to three months. Where the Cardinals will be at that point in the season is the big question, and it may not be worth bringing Johnson back for the final few games.

Last season, Chris Johnson played in only four games for the Cardinals, carrying 25 times for 95 yards.

Number three, that would put Johnson's timetable to return at 14 weeks, which is on the far other side of 8-to-12 weeks.

The Cardinals have signed Chris Johnson and D.J. Foster. The NFL expanded the injured reserve this year to allow teams to recall two players off of injured reserve in a season rather than just one, so the Cardinals would keep one spot open should another key piece go down.

Suffice to say, the Cardinals built their attack around Johnson coming into the season, and losing him for such a significant chunk of the campaign will make it hard for them to earn a postseason berth.

The update also makes some interface changes and does away with saving backups of the apps installed on your devices. Apple announced last month that iTunes U content can now be found in the iTunes' podcasts section.

"It's always a huge blow to lose a top player", Arians said at a news conference Monday. Backup running back T.J. Logan, a recent fifth-round pick from North Carolina, is expected to miss a similar time frame with the same injury suffered early in training camp.

It was the 24-yard reception that the health of Johnson was starting to become a question.
