Google Duo video calling integration comes to Phone, Contacts and Message apps

On Apple's iOS, FaceTime is integrated into the Phone, Contacts app. Users can make a direct FaceTime audio or video call with other friends on iOS by just tapping the option in Phone or Contacts itself.

As far as everyone else is concerned, it'll be the familiar waiting game while Google works with OEMs and mobile carriers, so don't expect a rapid roll out.

The official Wallpapers app from Google received a few new categories today, including a wallpaper specifically for all Pixel users that was showcased on the Pixel 2 at Google's October 4 event. It's also free and works with any device running Android 4.4 or up, which should cover pretty much any phone or tablet you're now using.

Lastly, to try the integration using ViLTE, you and whoever you're video calling have to be on Verizon, a Google spokesperson confirmed with VentureBeat. The Google Play Store version 8.3.41 hinted to have many new features such as quick install, the addition of cookbooks and much more.
