President Trump is Still Rich, But Drops in Forbes Latest List

The combined wealth of those on the list, which was released Tuesday, rose 12.5 percent to $2.7 trillion, up from $2.4 trillion, largely because of a strong stock market. Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos' estimated $81.5 billion fortune kept him right behind Gates for the second consecutive year.

The minimum net worth to make the Forbes 400 list is now $2 billion. Richard DeVos' net worth is valued at $5.1 billion and is ranked No. 107 on this year's list. The combined worth of these 400 people who built their fortune in the about $2.7 trillion, up from the $2.4 trillion amassed a year ago.

No. 10: Sergey Brin from Google, $43.4 billion.

According to Forbes, the White House did not immediately respond to a request for comment on Trump's ranking.
