Matt Damon and George Clooney are cast on the case of Harvey Weinstein. "The fact that the story is coming out now and the more it comes out, I want to know all of it", he said on GMA. But this level of sexual predation is something that I had never imagined.

On Monday, Matt Damon said he knew that Weinstein had allegedly sexually harassed Gwyneth Paltrow, and that he'd learned of the alleged incident from Ben Affleck, whom Paltrow dated on and off from 1997 to 2000. She was the First Lady of Miramax, and he treated her incredibly respectfully. "Ben told me, but I knew that they had come to whatever, you know, agreement or understanding that they had come to, she had handled it. That was his whole M.O. Like, could you survive a meeting with Harvey?" Back then she was 22 and was dating Brad Pitt.

Damon originally said he was unaware of Weinstein's impropriety in an interview with Deadline, which was published on October 10. "I thought it was interesting to talk about things like building walls and scapegoating minorities".

Damon said that you could tell nearly immediately that Weinstein was a bully upon meeting him.

"I was there at the height of his power", Damon admitted on US breakfast show Good Morning America. She is one of many accusers who said Weinstein came on to them inside his hotel room.

Spanish Catalonia move likened to Franco
The country's Constitutional Court has so far ruled against all moves toward secession, including the controversial referendum. The King added that a solution would be found through Spain's legitimate democratic institutions, respecting its constitution.

Ben Affleck originally insinuated he knew nothing about the allegations.

The "Suburbicon" director and the film's star have been sucked into the Weinstein narrative since the scandal broke earlier this month. "I knew he was a womanizer. I've been reading these stories, because I am racking my brain, did I see something, did I know something, is there something I could have done?"

Ironically, the two stars gave this interview as part of their promotional tour for Suburbicon, their new film produced by the Coen brothers, directed by Clooney, and starring Damon.

Weinstein has denied all allegations of non-consensual sex.

George Clooney also admitted that Weinstein was a "predator" who used to regularly brag about having sexual affairs with famous actresses. "And in doing that, I think that'll scare away that kind of behavior", Clooney said. Recently, male actors such as Matt Damon and George Clooney have also come forward stating that they were aware of the alleged assaults.
