Nketiah is the first Arsenal player born after Wenger took charge of the Gunners to score for the club.

That sent the tie into extra-time, where Nketiah headed home to seal a memorable Emirates Stadium debut and put Arsene Wenger's side into Wednesday's quarter-final draw.

Gunn saved superbly from Jack Wilshere in the last minute before Akpom should have won it for Arsenal deep into added time.

The Nigeria worldwide fired well over the bar, while up the other end Mario Vrancic dragged wide when he had options better positioned either side of him.

It is the final third where Wenger arguably has the most room to manoeuvre, with Theo Walcott and Puskas Award victor Olivier Giroud typically called upon to start in the cup competitions to allow the likes of club-record signing Alexandre Lacazette and contract rebel Alexis Sanchez to rest for Premier League duty.

Several other hedge funds and other institutional investors also recently modified their holdings of the company. The fund owned 3,516,004 shares of the company's stock after selling 331,667 shares during the period.

James Maddison, the derby-day hero against Ipswich Town at the weekend, slotted a perfectly weighted through-ball for Murphy to latch on to, with the winger dinking the ball over the outrushing Matt Macey to make it four goals in four EFL Cup games this season. Arsenal were fortunate not to be down to ten men on 58 minutes when Mohamed Elneny appeared to be the last man when he brought down Oliveira but was only shown a yellow card.

Oliveira, a fitness doubt before kickoff, was proving to be a real nuisance as he peeled off his man and blazed over when picked out unmarked in the box by Pinto 70 minutes in.

Theo Walcott was denied by a fine Angus Gunn save, but from the resulting corner Nketiah rose highest to send a thumping header into the top corner.
