Whole Foods hiring 6000 new team members nationwide

Whole Foods Market says it's hiring thousands of new employees in a National Hiring Day event today.

The firm also established a venture capital fund to build partnerships with AI start ups and robotics as well as researchers. Sony's announcement came a day after it forecast record earnings, leading to a nine-year high in its share price.


Cashiers, culinary experts, and prepared food specialists candidates interested in seasonal or permanent positions can stop in at any Whole Foods Market store November 2 for an interview and possible on-the-spot job offers. Savannah's Whole Foods Market will be having on-site interviews between noon and 6 p.m.at the Whole Foods on Victory Drive. People interested in applying do not need to bring resumes or apply online beforehand, but they are encouraged to do so.

Since its acquisition of Whole Foods Market, Amazon has made several changes, including lowering prices on a range of key grocery items and converting the Whole Foods customer rewards program to Amazon Prime.

Anyone who visits one of its stores will receive an interview.
