A far right activist has been banned from ride-sharing services Uber and Lyft after launching into a vitriolic anti-Muslim tirade in the wake of the NY terrorist attack.

The comments came after it was revealed that Islamic immigrant Uber driver Sayfullo Saipov was arrested for driving a rented Home Depot van down a bike path, killing eight and injuring 12 in a terrorist attack, Newsweek reported.

Both companies said she violated their community guidelines.

Laura Loomer, known for her right-wing political activism, had her accounts "deactivated" following multiple incendiary messages aimed at New York's Muslim community.

Imagine telling your boss "Sorry, I'm 30 minutes late for work because of how racist I am".

"Nearly every cab @uber @lyft driver in NYC is Muslim". Earlier this year, the company barred notable white supremacist James Allsup from using its app and pledged to ban other white supremacists and hate group members.

Apple projects record holiday sales on iphone X demand
This quarter's earnings will give a glimpse into the first few weeks of sales for the iPhone 8, one of Apple's newest devices. Most Australians buyers are expected to buy the premium iPhone X on a contract, however, which could prove more challenging.

This is not the first time Uber has banned a far-right activist for problematic behavior.

Gigi Hadid has earned the respect of thousands of Twitter users after she expertly took down a far-right blogger for posting an islamophobic tweet. She also said she would sue Uber and Lyft. "This is insanity", Loomer posted.

She added: "The two women were smiling or smirking in hijabs as they walked past scene of terrorist attack". After August's violent protests in Charlottesville, Uber banned white supremacist James Allsup and Tim "Baked Alaska" Gionet after they made their Uber driver uncomfortable by making racist remarks while driving past the National Museum of African American History and Culture in Washington, D.C. Their driver, a black woman, kicked the two out of her auto.

Last June, Ms Loomer disrupted a performance of Shakespeare's Julius Caesar because the character of the assassinated Roman dictator resembled President Donald Trump and had a Slovenian-accented wife.

This is not the first time Uber has banned someone on the far right.
