OJ Simpson has been out of prison for more than a month, and he's not exactly being a model parolee, according to TMZ.

Simpson was in the Cosmopolitan Hotel's Clique bar on the night of November 8.

Simpson was paroled from a prison in the state after serving nine years in prison for armed robbery and assault with a weapon.

Eventually, glasses at the bar broke because of the former National Football League star's behavior, prompting a call to hotel security.

The entertainment news website said staff told them at around midnight, Simpson became disruptive at the Clique bar when he got angry at hotel staffers causing glasses to break at the bar. A patron at the hotel's bar told ABC News that Simpson arrived around 10:40 p.m. He served nine before being released on October 1.

LaVergne says Simpson was neither drunk nor belligerent and only tends to have one drink when he is socializing, WXYZ reports.

The two memorabilia dealers were in the room at the time. Simpson appeared drunk and disorderly, prior to his removal. Listen, I don't blame him.

Simpson is back in trouble in Las Vegas. He then remained in the spotlight while working as a sports announcer and actor in commercials and action films.

As you may already know, OJ created a highly successful career for himself as an athlete and in broadcasting in the 1980's but after the death of his ex-wife, Nicole Brown, and her friend Ron Goldman in 1994, everything went south in Simpson's life.
