The last two weeks of Penn State football has been very frustrating for the team and its fans.

It took a little longer than Franklin would have liked for the No. 16 Nittany Lions to rediscover the tools they used to dominate opponents in the first half of the season.

In case it wasn't clear from the video, Penn State tweeted out that Sorrell's girlfriend did, indeed, say yes.

Struggled to get things going on the ground - he finished with just 35 yards - but he scored two touchdowns, and his 11-yard run on a hook-and-lateral play in the third quarter set up the backbreaking Penn State touchdown.

Worst pass: Rutgers quarterback Giovanni Rescigno overshot Hunter Hayek, who was open deep over the middle in the fourth quarter.

It was the first time Penn State has been held scoreless in the first quarter this season. Rutgers made its sixth first down of the game on the fourth play of the second quarter, but didn't pick up its seventh until just under 6 minutes remained in the fourth quarter. He added a 25-yarder later in the first, but Rutgers' momentum ended there.

To update your phone with the new software, you must first connect your device to a WiFi network. Most probably, the fix will come in iOS 11.2, which is now under a beta testing.

The Blue Devils played without coach Donyell Marshall and assistant Anthony Anderson, both of whom were suspended for the first two games in what school officials called a "personal matter".

Penn State received the opening kickoff. Injury report: Penn State sophomore offensive tackle Ryan Bates and sophomore defensive end Ryan Buchholz, who are out with undisclosed leg injuries, were not in uniform.

Probably not on a day when the Scarlet Knights played so well in the first half but couldn't convert a pair of early red zone chances into touchdowns.

Penn State: Three games ago, Penn State was sitting at No. 2 and had a clear path to the playoff with a bona fide Heisman Trophy front-runner in Barkley leading the offense.

Rutgers can't throw the ball.
