The studio also shared the first photo of the cast in character, including Jude Law as a young Albus Dumbledore. Note that in the first image for the movie, Grindelwald can be seen to the very right, drawing inspiration from other popular fictional characters like the Malfoys and Spike from Buffy the Vampire Slayer. And golly does this man sure know how to wear a blue corduroy trench.

From a slim volume released in 2001 by JK Rowling to benefit charity Comic Relief came last year's Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them, based on the author's debut crack at screenwriting.

It was only a matter of time before the sequel's details were made public.

The film is expected to arrive in cinemas on 16 November 2018. Along with him, Zoe Kravitz is joining the cast to play Leta Lestrange who is engaged to Newt's older brother Theseus Scamander played by Callum Turner.

The new film will be called: Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald.

Stars of the first film, Redmayne, Katherine Waterston as Tina Goldstein, Alison Sudol as Queenie Goldstein and Dan Fogler as Jacob Kowalski, will reprise their roles in the second movie. If you look closely at Grindelwald's wand, you'll recognize it as the Elder Wand.

It's a mystery! At the end of the first Fantastic Beasts, Grindelwald sheds his Colin Farrell disguise (sadly) and escapes from authorities.

Given the first Fantastic Beasts film takes place in 1926 and the fifth and final film will end in 1945, we can assume that the battle between good and bad is far from over. Warner Bros. also provided plot and character descriptions that flesh out what we're going to see, and also introduces the characters that are joining Newt's world. What many of his new devotees don't suspect is that his true intention is to raise pure-blood wizards up to rule over all non-magical beings. It will be up to Dumbledore and Newt Scamander (Eddie Redmayne) to stop him.

"Lines are drawn as love and loyalty are tested, even among the truest friends and family, in an increasingly divided wizarding world", and that could mean some very hard decisions for Newt himself.

Water-shed moment: Trump drinks crow
Trump paused his speech and searched for water, but could not find any. When he came up empty-handed, Trump quipped, "They don't have water".
