"We are exploring other options with Gelo", the Ball family patriarch told ESPN. "He's out of there".

LiAngelo and fellow freshman teammates Cody Riley and Jalen Hill were suspended indefinitely from the basketball team after they admitted to shoplifting in China last month.

The decision puts a wrench in LaVar Ball's plan to put each of his three sons through one year at UCLA before they become eligible for the National Basketball Association draft. "So basically they're in jail here".

It's doubtful that LiAngelo Ball can land a big contract in Europe, but there might be some teams willing to sign him. LiAngelo is eligible to enter the NBA Draft in 2018.

One NBA executive was rather blunt about the NBA prospects for Lonzo Ball's younger brother.

But there was no independent confirmation, however, pictures circulated on social media appeared to show Saleh's body. Fahim reported from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

LaVar Ball reportedly considered LiAngelo's suspension unfair after the charges against him and the others were dropped. But a school might be willing to take a chance on him, though it's doubtful that it will be a program as prestigious as UCLA.

Asked if LiAngelo agreed with the decision, the elder Ball told the Times, "My boy is loyal to me".

As part of their indefinite suspensions, the players haven't been allowed to suit up, practice or travel with the Bruins. They were going to keep the best shooter on the team coming off the bench?

Looks like LiAngelo's career with the UCLA Bruins is over before it could officially begin. LaMelo verbally committed to attend UCLA in two years.

"He's not transferring to another school", Ball told ESPN.
