Ex-Wife Of Lorenzen Wright Arrested, Charged With His Murder

Police arrested Wright on Friday over the death of her ex-husband, which occurred more than seven years ago.

Multiple people told the Multi-Agency Gang Unit that the murder weapon was in a North Mississippi lake.

Wright's mother told The Commercial Appeal that a police official told her Wright-Robinson will be charged with first-degree murder, the same charge Turner faces. And the 2015 Sports Illustrated-Fox Sports 1 joint investigation into Wright's murder had plenty to say about Sherra, including that Wright's assistant turned audio recordings of Sherra threatening him over to police.

It is unclear when Wright-Robinson will be extradited from California to Memphis. Court documents in Shelby County, Tennessee, show how Wright-Robinson, 41, lavishly spent $973K of the settlement within 10 months of receiving it - even though the money was designated to support the couple's six children.
