He also said: "It is now time that a system is created where newest development opportunities are easily accessible for the youth of New India as they turn 18", assured Modi in his radio address. "With their skills and strength, they will take India to new heights of glory", said he. He called upon the youth of J&K to start preparing for this and ensure that J&K team puts up a great show during this mock parliament. It should also provide equal opportunities for all.

He said such "mock Parliaments" should be organised in every district before the proposed event in August in the national Capital.

Modi also referred to his last Mann Ki Baat address, where he had talked about the importance of positivity.

"Serving people is the biggest identity of humankind". He said that he wants to gift a 'swachh Bharat' to Mahatma Gandhi on his 150th birth anniversary.

"Almost 1300 Muslim women, from Kerala to North India, have applied to travel on Haj without a male guardian after we have scrapped that rule".

Prime Minister Modi further said he met some daughters of Jammu and Kashmir and was amazed at the spirit and enthusiasm they nurtured. He also urged that Muslim women are exempted from the lottery system for Haj. "The Republic Day will be celebrated with leaders of all 10 ASEAN countries coming to India as Chief Guests".
