Limited edition Sandstone White OnePlus 5T announced

To achieve this new finish each phone is put through a 75 minute ordeal involving four high-precision processes. First, we apply a primer to safeguard the metal body.

The white hue is a throwback to the OnePlus One in Silk White, while a striking red aluminium alert-slider adds a bit of colour. This second layer helps ensure the white colouring is truly opaque, completely covering the metal material.

The end result is a phone which feels different to pretty much any other phone out there. It's grippy enough that I've been able to use the phone without a case, which isn't something I've felt comfortable doing with the Midnight Black version. Today, though, OnePlus brought their one-of-a-kind finish to the rest of the world with the limited edition OnePlus 5T Sandstone White.

As these batteries are sealed inside the laptop, a qualified technician will be called upon to carry out the replacement. HP has announced a recall on batteries in select notebook and mobile workstations sold in recent years.

To look at, it's certainly eye-catching. The white paint has a matte finish with a slight texture to it that provides significantly more grip than the very slippery black 5T. It's a finish that ensures your device stands out among the crowd of anodised metallic and shiny glass device. The OnePlus 5T model differentiated itself with a larger 6-inch AMOLED display squeezed into a phone about the same size as the original. It launched in India, Denmark, Finland, and Sweden in Sandstone White, but didn't come to the U.S., U.K., and other worldwide markets right away, which left some Sandstone fans disappointed.

The Sandstone White model is only available with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, and it will go on sale on January 9 at 10am United Kingdom on OnePlus' website.

OnePlus is billing this as the "most expensive" finish it's created so far, but the phone costs just the same as its spec-identical sibling.
