Williams plays Gail Harris, the mother of the kidnapped John Paul Getty III, with Wahlberg as the former Central Intelligence Agency operative who works as her advisor.

The publication, which quotes three anonymous sources "familiar with the situation" revealed that representatives for Wahlberg - named as Hollywood's highest-paid actor by Forbes last August - negotiated for the $1.5 million figure. But for a film that is, ultimately, about greed, it's the greed off screen that is now making headlines.

"I really hope that with everything coming to light, she was paid fairly", actress Jessica Chastain tweeted. Wahlberg and Williams are both represented by William Morris, raising questions about why the agency only secured additional income for one of its clients. The drama about John Paul Getty III's kidnapping first started receiving attention when it was announced that Kevin Spacey would be digitally replaced by Christopher Plummer, a role that Plummer received a Golden Globe nomination for.

"I knew it was going to infect my film, which I was very proud of", Scott told q in December of the process, which cost approxiamtely $10-million US.

"No, they all came in free". Scott said he and Williams refused to get paid and that he only needed to pay Plummer and the crew. He is known for "driving a tough bargain" according to The Washington Post.

Williams told USA Today in December that she was willing to do what needed to be done for the reshoot.

Director Ridley Scott previously told the Daily News that he made the decision to remove Spacey "immediately".

What's the Supreme Court verdict on transgenders? "We think it appropriate to send this issue to a larger bench", they said. In 2014, the Supreme Court refused to review the decision while hearing multiple pleas on the matter.

On Sunday night, Hollywood banded together at the 75th Golden Globes to say Time's Up when it comes to harassment and inequality in the industry.

After Kevin Spacey was accused of sexual assault past year, the actor was taken off numerous projects from his Master Class to House of Cards. And they could have my salary, they could have my holiday, whatever they wanted.

While this is a common occurrence on film sets, the reason for the reshoots on Ridley Scott's All the Money in the World were anything but ordinary.

With news of the pay gap now public, many actors and fans have come to Williams defense, including The Deuce's Dave Krumholtz.

It also reported that Williams, 37, was not informed of Wahlberg's earnings.

Movie producer Judd Apatow called the claims "messed up". and added: 'I wonder if the studio or Wahlberg will do something to make the situation less insane'.
